By accessing or using the website located at www.topdoggaragedoorsga.com, scheduling services, or engaging Top Dog Garage Doors for any garage door repair, installation, or maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website or services. Top Dog Garage Doors reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Services

Top Dog Garage Doors provides residential garage door repair, spring replacement, new door installation, opener installation and repair, preventative maintenance, and emergency service to customers in the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area including Brookhaven, Decatur, Marietta, Tucker, Peachtree Corners, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Chamblee, Norcross, Smyrna, and North Druid Hills.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system powered by Jobber or by calling us directly at 404-594-5444. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are the property owner or an authorized representative of the property owner and that you have the authority to authorize the requested services.

Same-Day and Emergency Service: We make every effort to honor same-day and emergency service requests. However, same-day availability is not guaranteed and is subject to technician availability and scheduling capacity at the time of your request. If we are unable to meet a same-day request, we will contact you promptly to reschedule.

Appointment Windows: We will provide you with an estimated arrival window for your appointment. While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, arrival times may be affected by factors outside our control including traffic, weather conditions, and the duration of preceding service calls.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

Pricing and Payment

Upfront Pricing: Consistent with our Upfront Pricing Guarantee, Top Dog Garage Doors will provide you with a full price quote before any work begins. No work will commence until you have reviewed and approved the quoted price. By approving the quote you authorize Top Dog Garage Doors to perform the described services at the quoted price.

Service Call Fees: A service call or diagnostic fee may apply to assess your garage door issue. This fee will be communicated to you prior to your appointment and will be applied toward the cost of any approved repairs.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated by your technician. Failure to remit payment upon completion of services may result in collection action and you may be responsible for any associated collection costs and legal fees.

Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid only for the appointment for which they were provided.

Warranties and Guarantees

Top Dog Garage Doors stands behind our work with the following guarantees:

Same-Day or Next-Day Service Guarantee: We guarantee same-day or next-day service on all service calls. If we are unable to meet this commitment through no fault of the customer, we will apply a $25 credit toward your service. This credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.

Fix-It-Right Guarantee: All repairs are covered by our 60-day Fix-It-Right Guarantee. If the same issue recurs within 60 days of the original repair, we will return and correct the issue at no additional labor charge. This guarantee applies to the specific issue repaired and does not cover new or unrelated problems, damage caused by misuse, accidents, or issues resulting from failure to follow our maintenance recommendations.

Workmanship Warranty: All repairs include a 1-year workmanship warranty. New door installations include a 2-year warranty on labor. These warranties cover defects in workmanship only and do not cover manufacturer defects in parts or equipment, normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accidents, or damage resulting from failure to perform recommended maintenance.

Parts and Equipment: Parts and equipment installed by Top Dog Garage Doors may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We will communicate applicable manufacturer warranties to you at the time of service. Top Dog Garage Doors makes no additional warranties beyond those expressly stated in this section.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, customers agree to the following responsibilities:

You will ensure clear and safe access to the garage door and surrounding work area prior to the technician's arrival. You will disclose any known issues, prior repairs, or relevant information about the garage door system that may affect the service. You will ensure that pets are secured and children are kept away from the work area during service. You will not attempt to operate the garage door during the service appointment unless instructed to do so by the technician.

Failure to maintain a safe work environment may result in the technician being unable to complete the service call. In such cases a service call fee may still apply.

Safety Disclaimer

Garage doors are the largest moving mechanical objects in most homes and involve components under extreme tension including springs and cables. Improper handling of garage door components can result in serious injury or death. Top Dog Garage Doors strongly advises against any DIY repair or adjustment of garage door springs, cables, tracks, or related components.

Top Dog Garage Doors assumes no liability for injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from a customer's attempt to repair, adjust, or operate a garage door system without professional assistance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Top Dog Garage Doors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or personal injury, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Georgia law.

Property Damage

Our technicians take every precaution to protect your property during service. In the unlikely event that our technician causes damage to your property during the course of service, please notify us immediately at 404-594-5444 or info@topdoggaragedoorsga.com. We will work with you in good faith to assess and address any damage caused directly by our technicians.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions, damage resulting from normal wear and tear, or damage to property located in the work area that was not cleared prior to the technician's arrival.

Website Use

By using our website you agree that you will not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, and impair the site. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems. You will not use any automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website without our express written permission.

All content on this website including text, images, graphics, logos, and the Top Dog Garage Doors mascot is the property of Top Dog Garage Doors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation in Fulton County, Georgia before any legal action is initiated.

You agree that any legal action arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Top Dog Garage Doors regarding your use of our website and services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
